Our commitment
We care for children, adults, seniors, and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and we want our website to be just as welcoming. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
What we have done
- A “Skip to content” link and a clear heading structure on every page.
- Menus, links, and forms work with a keyboard alone, with a visible outline showing where you are.
- Form fields have written labels, and any errors are explained in text, not by color alone.
- Images have text descriptions, or are hidden from screen readers when they are only decorative.
- Readable text and color contrast, and pages that can be zoomed without losing content.
- Animations are reduced when your device is set to reduce motion.
- Phone numbers and email addresses can be tapped to call or write to us.
Content from other companies
Some features come from other companies, such as the optional Google Maps on our Contact page and our pages on Facebook, Instagram, and Yelp. We cannot fully control how accessible those services are. Every office address is also written out as text on our website.
