Not for emergencies
Our website, forms, and email are not monitored around the clock. If you or your loved one has a medical emergency, call 911.
Consultation requests
Submitting a consultation request does not create a client relationship. Care begins only after an in-home assessment and a signed service agreement.
Acceptable use
Please use this website only for lawful purposes. Do not send spam, harmful code, or false information through our forms, and do not try to interfere with how the site works or gain access to parts of it that are not public.
Text messaging (SMS) terms
- Program: if you opt in, EGN Home Care sends customer care text messages about your inquiry, care scheduling, appointment reminders, and service updates.
- Opting in: you opt in by ticking the text-message box on our consultation form or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of service.
- Frequency and cost: message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- Opting out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.
- Help: reply HELP to any message, or call (866) 434-6466.
- Delivery: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: see our Privacy Policy for how we handle your mobile number. Please do not send detailed medical information by text.
Rates and policies
- Current rates are provided on request and confirmed with you before care begins.
- Rates are subject to change with 30 days' written notice.
- Services are billed in 15-minute increments after the minimum visit time.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee, waived for emergencies.
Links to other websites
This site links to services run by other companies, such as Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram, and Yelp. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Intellectual property
The EGN Home Care name, logo, and website content may not be copied or reused without written permission.
